Dragonfly Goes to the Mill Bay Garden Show
Posted by Beth Lischeron onAt long last, the gardening fiends of the south valley have their day! After a 2 year Covid-hiatus (could that become a Covidious?) the good folks at the Mill Bay Garden Club are again launching their ever-popular show and contest!
Indoors is the Flower and Vegetable Show, gardening book sale, silent auction and Strawberry Tea; outdoors will be vendors of plants , garden accessories and the Master Gardeners' Booth.
And Dragonfly Dreaming Organics will be there as usual (can it be 16 years now?) - with all kinds of tried-and-true organic bodycare for gardeners - cracking hands, filthy feet, aching backs and stiff muscles!
When - Saturday May 28th from 9.00 till 2.00
Where - Cobble Hill Village, Farmer's Institute Hall, 3550 Watson Ave.
Entry - $2.00 for adults, children free
Free parking
The event is a fundraising effort for local charities.
